Fire Consumes Barre Dr Garage

Fire Crews overhauling a garage on Barre Dr

Barrie Fire Crews from three stations were called to a Barre Dr. address around 7pm Friday evening for a structure fire. A vehicle in the garage had ignited and spread throughout the garage. Fire Crews were able to quickly get the blaze under control.

No word on damage estimates. Utilities to the residence were disconnected as a precaution and for safety for the crews working the fire.
